Philosophy

Sleep is tremendously important. It is just as important for your child as a healthy diet or a loving home.

Research has shown: If your child is not getting enough sleep, he is being put at a disadvantage. He will not be able to deal with the pressures of the day as well as his peers, and he will probably have a more difficult time acquiring and retaining knowledge than a child who is getting the proper amount of uninterrupted sleep.

I am here to help you ensure your child gets all the sleep he needs.

When I first speak to parents, they often come to me at the point of complete exhaustion. I am here to hold your hand every step of the way, teaching you and guiding you on how best to find a solution to your sleep concerns. Every family is unique and has different parenting approaches, which is why I believe it is essential to work through the process together, building a step-by-step plan that parents feel confident and comfortable to follow through with consistently.

I will create a step-by-step plan taking into account your individual parenting style and preferences. I aIways aim to provide you with some choices making sure you will really feel comfortable and confident following through with the plan consistently.

HOLDING YOUR HAND

I will be there every step of the way. Holding your hand and giving you practical, actionable advice. For the duration of the program, we will be in touch every day, adjusting the sleep plan if necessary and reacting on specific circumstances.
